Andrew Tang-Smith

Andrew is a WA registered architect with international experience and completed award winning projects in China, Dubai and Australia wide. His former roles as an Associate Principal and Design Lead at notable international architecture firm Woods Bagot and national based firm Hames Sharley, enable him to evaluate any complex brief and come to a solution through his exceptional design methodology.
Carissa Araminta

Principal Designer
Carissa brings more than 13 years of design experience from a range of projects around Australia. With a degree in Architecture from Curtin University, she has worked for one of Australia’s most notable architecture firms, Woods Bagot, before starting on her own.
Bolun Chen
Principal Design Manager

Bolun Chen is an experienced architect and design manager who spent over a decade previously at global practice Woods Bagot delivering major landmark, hospitality, and boutique commercial projects across Australia. He then leads high-end five-star hotel refurbishments and asset upgrades, enhancing hotel operations and management while strengthening long-term asset value.
Jayden Harding
Architectural Designer
Jayden is a multi-skilled architectural designer with experience in some of WA's largest firms. He has taken his skill set and applied it at Studio Tangara in workflows, production of documents and design. His skills lie both within and outside of Architecture, bringing a unique approach to design and the translation of ideas to reality.
Nicole Wang
Architectural Designer
Nicole is an experienced architectural designer with a strong design sensibility and practical project experience across Western Australia. She pairs creative spatial thinking with precise documentation skills, and a thorough understanding of local planning and compliance requirements.
